There are emails that change your life.

Four words capable of breaking your heart. To know that the family is growing. Or simply, a greeting as unexpected as it is exciting. Most of us have at least one email in our inbox that we refuse to delete. The one that has marked us.

This was the idea that gave birth to "e-mails que te cambian la vida": a collaborative project in which the users, authors of Mexican emails, were the protagonists. The perfect excuse to celebrate Hotmail's 15th anniversary and communicate its latest improvements.
